HYDERABADI DUM KA HARA MURGH
Chicken breast pieces cooked in a sealed pot with cashew nuts, coriander and mint, flavoured with garam masala.
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
Chunks of chicken marinated in spices and yogurt then baked in a tandoor, cooked in our own masala sauce (mixture of spices) – Though the origins of this dish are disputed, it still remains Britain’s national dish and India’s pride.
MALVANI MEEN CURRY
A traditional mild curry using freshly ground Malvani masala and coconut. From the western coastal region of India.
GOSHT ROGANJOSH
Braised lamb with sundried ginger, tomatoes, fennel powder, saffron and kashmiri chilli. A Kashmiri speciality!

Our best Tandoori grill: prawns, salmon steacks and a juicy New Zealand lamb chop. All delicously grilled and served with salad and naan.

Mildly spiced cottage cheese cubes with a yoghurt and pickling spices marinade, finished in the tandoor with onion and peppers.
