CHICKEN VINDALOO For the brave heart (15,90)
Vindaloo is a Goan curry which name derives from the Portuguese “carne de vinha d’alhos”, a dish with meat marinated with wine and garlic – Best had with steamed white basmati rice.

Kadhai is a thick round-bottomed pan popular in Northern India and neighbouring countries, in which chicken is cooked on slow fire with crushed whole spices and peppers.

Korma is a mild, creamy curry sauce from India. It has a very distinctive silky, rich flavor of cashew nuts and saffron. This is a legacy of the Mughal rule in India. We serve the same with cubed lamb.
